How do I get started and what is the initial experience?

Submit the contact form to get started. Once received, you will get a link to schedule the free 15 minute consulation to see if we are a good fit. The main goal initially is to identify at least one objective to target under the variety of categories of food habits.

What makes you different?

I am a chef who has a lot of life experience managing my own eating habits. I have a deep understanding of food and the relationship one can have with it.

I have advised professionals and people on how to build menus and plates for both health and cost efficiency. I am well versed on the various methods of food preparation that can be applied to anyone no matter how experienced a cook they are

What's my style as a coach?

My style is supportive, practical, and collaborative. I’m here to listen first, validate your experience, and provide emotional support. As a coach, I help you build skills and habits that make eating feel more manageable and less stressful over time. I don’t believe in forcing change or following rigid rules. Instead, we work together to create realistic strategies that fit your life. I also bring the perspective of a chef and consultant, with extensive knowledge of food options, preparation methods, and ways to make food more approachable. Think of me as both a guide and a companion
