Hi, I’m Alex

Who I am

Food has been at the center of my life for over 15 years. Before becoming a coach, I spent more than a decade working as a chef in the hospitality industry, where I saw firsthand how people relate to food — not just how they eat, but how they feel about eating. I’ve cooked for every kind of person: picky eaters, adventurous food lovers, busy professionals, and families.

What I’ve learned

Most people don’t struggle with food because they lack information — they struggle because of habits, routines, emotions, and their environment.

How I can Support You

I use that experience to help clients build healthier, more sustainable eating habits. I work with those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with food, including picky eaters and those who struggle with consistency, emotional eating, or knowing what to do next. My approach is personal and tailored to each individual. There are no strict rules or unrealistic plans.

I’m not a nutritionist or dietitian. I don’t prescribe diets or meal plans. What I do is help people change their relationship with food by building better habits, creating simple systems, and developing routines that actually fit their lives.

How I Help

With over 15 years as a chef in the hospitality industry, I understand food from both sides — how it’s prepared and how people actually experience it.

I help clients:

  • Build comfort and confidence with food

  • Gently expand food variety at their own pace

  • Create positive, low-pressure food routines

  • Reduce stress, tension, and guilt around eating

My approach focuses on habits, environment, and behavior — not meal plans, diets, or forcing change.

(I am not a doctor, dietitian, or nutritionist. Coaching focuses on habits and lifestyle support only.)
